My drawings, divertissements, and accompanying texts originate from personal and collective tensions, conflicts, and obsessions that many experience in their minds, souls, and bodies. 

 

The process of generating these creations is a kind of exorcism to me. They come out and reveal secrets, say something on themselves and their beliefs and try to connect with the viewer. They live their own life in a permeable microcosm whose blurry boundaries are mirrors.​

 

I invite you all to meet these creatures with a light heart. They may offer you a hint, make you think or laugh, if not defy you, make you uneasy or elicit repulsion.

 

I like to think that all potential emotions, sensations, and feelings are housed in each of us, but only some of them emerge and manifest during a lifetime. 

I recognise and treasure the immense value of empathy in its broadest sense. Creating allows me to nurture, refine and express my empathy.
